قواعد السلامة في استخدام الرافعات
1-Know the weight of the load
2-Know the center of gravity of the load
3-Install the lifting tools above the center of gravity of the load
4-Know the rated capacity of lifting tools and accessories
5-Select the desired suspension and control point
6-Choose the safest lifting tool
7-Check the lifting tools before lifting
8-Protect the lifting tools from sharp edges
9. Know the limitations of used lifting tools
10 - remove workers from the lifting area
Make proper calculations of the tensile strength due to the tilt angle of the lifting tool
12 - Calculate the ratio of the load diameter to the diameter of the wire for steel wires
13. Lift the load a little off the ground and start checking the load balance
1-اعرف وزن الحمولة
2-اعرف مركز ثقل الحمولة
3-تثبيت أدوات الرفع فوق مركز ثقل الحمولة
4-اعرف السعة المقننة لأدوات الرفع والملحقات
5-اختر نقطة التعليق والتحكم المطلوبة
6-اختر أداة الرفع الأكثر سلامة
7-افحص أدوات الرفع قبل القيام بعملية الرفع
8-احمي أدوات الرفع من الحواف الحادة
-9اعرف قيود أدوات الرفع المستعملة
10قم بأبعد العاملين عن منطقة الرفع
11-قم بعمل الحسابات السليمة لقوة الشد الناتجة بسبب زاوية ميل أداة الرفع
12-احسب نسبة قطر التحميل الى قطر الواير بالنسبة للوايرات الصلب
13-ارفع الحمولة قليلة عن الأرض وابدأ بفحص اتزان الحمولة

ملصقات التحذير على الحاويات ( Warning Labels ) •يتم تثبيت الملصقات التحذيرية الدولية على حاويات المواد الكيميائية الخطرة لتوضح بعض المخاطر الأساسية للمادة وتعتبر الملصقات الخطوة الأولى للتعرف على مخاطر المادة المختفية. وملصقات التحذير الدولية تنقسم الى ثلاثة أنواع كلها تتفق فى لغة توصيل المعلومات : 1- اللون الأحمر الحريق والاشتعال Flammability 2- اللون الأصفر النشاط والتفاعل Reactivity 3- اللون الأزرق الصحة Health 4- اللون الأبيض المخاطر الخاصة Special Hazard •ويتم استخدام نظام الترقيم فى اللون الأحمروالأصفرالأزرق للتعريف بمدى تأثير كل من هذه المخاطر بحيث يتم تقسيم شدة درجات التأثير الى خمس درجات على الثحو التالى : لا توجد خطورة .
